LG has just unveiled its new Android communicator. LG GW620 is a dualband UMTS (900/2100) quadband GSM sliding device. The list of technical characteristics looks good – 3 inch HVGA (480×320 pixels) resistive screen, either 2GB or 4GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, 1500 mAh battery and a 5-megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash. LG GW620 measures 109 x 54.5 xx15.6 mm and weights 139 g. In addition to Android OS this coming device will have S-Class UI so future owners will have an opportunity to choose between standard Android’s user interface and LG’s one. The list of pre-installed software also includes special application that provides quick access to social networks like Facebook and Twitter. It is expected that this communicator will become available in December and will cost about EUR420.
