Recently Japanese NTT East company announced its coming mobile Internet device that runs on Google Android operating system. i-Frame has 7 inch touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, Wi-Fi, 1.3 Mp webcam, GPS module, USB port and an SD memory card slot. The list of pre-installed applications includes web browser, images browser and media player. This MID is expected to become available in the first half of 2010. It will cost between $220 and $330.
