Chinese Inkia company has just released its new mobile interned device which main feature is its operating system. Inkia MID500 runs on Windows 7 OS. Other characteristics are quite usual for devices of such class. This MID has 1.1 GHz Intel Atom CPU, 5 inch resistive touch screen with 800×480 px resolution, 1 GB DDR2 RAM, 16 Gb SSD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 0.3 Mp camera, microSD memory card slot and 1850 mAh battery. 3G module is optional. Inkia MID500 is already available and costs $323.
