
Recently General Mobile company demonstrated its new communicator. It is second company’s Android based device after DSTL1. General Mobile Cosmos runs on Google Android 2.0 Éclair and supports UMTS/HSDPA 900/1900/2100MHz, GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900MHz networks. As for other characteristics this communicator has Marvell PXA935 CPU, 3.2 inch touch screen with HVGA (320×480 px) resolution, 5 Mp camera, 128 Mb RAM, 256 Mb built-in storage, microSD memory card slot (up to 16 Gb), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP and GPS. It is also notable that this device has two SIM card slots. It is expected that General Mobile Cosmos communicator will become available in next few months.
