Alcatel is not leading mobile phones producers but it does its best to create devices for different user’s categories. One of the latest company’s gadgets is Alcatel OT-980. Its design is similar to Palm Pre – it is also slider with QWERTY keyboard. Alcatel OT-980 runs on Android 1.6 operating system and has not very impressive set of technical characteristics. But to all appearances Alcatel is going to compete with rivals by means of prices not technical characteristics. Alcatel OT-980 is equipped with 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 CPU, 2.8 inch touch screen with 240×320 px resolution, 2 Mp camera, 192 Mb RAM, microSD memory card slot, Wi-Fi (802.11b/g), Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP, 3.5 mm audio jack, GPS and accelerometer.
