Recently Microsoft announced its new operating system for mobile devices. Most of analytics and experts are very enthusiastic over it. Windows Phone 7 Series can successfully compete with Android and iPhone operating systems. New OS has a wide range of social functions but lost a lot of its key features. Most of present-day WinMo addicts are disappointed and confused with this fact. This coming mobile platform has no full multitasking, doesn’t support applications developed for Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5, doesn’t support alternative user interface, and etc.
But today Microsoft announced its intention to evolve both lines of development of their operating system for mobile devices. These two operating systems will co-exist. Present-day Windows Mobile platform will exist as Windows Phone Classic and will be used mostly for business and industrial devices. While Windows Phone 7 Series is assigned for high-end multimedia smartphones.
