French eviGroup has just officially announced its tablet computer. eviGroup Paddle runs on Windows 7 or Windows XP operating system with Scale user interface. New device is based on 1.66 GHz Intel Atom processor and is equipped with 10.1 inch touchscreen with 1024×600 px resolution and multi-touch technology support, 2 Gb of RAM, 16/32 Gb SSD or 160/250/320 Gb hard disk, SD/MMC/MS (SDHC Compatible) cardreader, 1.3 Mp camera, three USB 2.0, LAN, VGA ports. Wireless connectivity includes 3G module, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. In comparison with Chinese devices of such class the price is surprisingly high – EUR700.
