ICD company has just demonstrated its coming tablet running on Google Android operating system. ICD Gemini is based on NVIDIA Tegra 2 platform with 1 GHz processor and is equipped with 11.2 inch capacitive or resistive multi-touch screen with 1366z768px resolution, 512 Mb DDR RAM, 4 Gb built-in storage and SD memory card slot (up to 32Gb). Wireless connectivity includes 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Other specifications are 5 Mp rear facing camera, 2 Mp webcam for video calls, HDMI output, GPS, USB port, microphone, stereo loud speakers, FM radio, accelerometer, 3.5 mm headphones jack. The dimensions are 300x191x15.6mm. The producer also noted that this tablet supports Flash technology and HD video playback. ICD Gemini tablet will become available in next few weeks. No word about pricing.
