Japanese Sharp vendor has just unveiled its new mobile internet device. Sharp NetWalker PC-T1 is a tablet running on Linux Ubuntu operating system. Its list of specifications looks good and includes 5 inch resistive touch screen with 1024x600px resolution, 800 MHz Freescale i.MX515 processor, 512 Mb RAM, 8 Gb internal NAND flash storage, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphones jack, SD memory card slot. The battery provides about 6 hour of work time. Sharp NetWalker PC-T1 will be released in May. No word about pricing.
