During World Expo 2010 exhibition Chinese ZTE company unveiled its new device that most likely belongs to tablets class. ZTE V7 is equipped with full QWERTY keyboard and is powered by Maemo operating system. Other features of this mobile device is 4.1 inch touch screen with 800x480px resolution, 800 MHz Marvell PXA310 processor, Wi-Fi, GPS, MicroSD external memory card slot, microUSB port, 3G module (CDMA EV-DO). Unfortunately we have no any information about release date and price.
